Lagree™ is a science-based training method built on slow, controlled movements performed under constant tension. Each 50-minute session blends strength training, core stability, muscular endurance, and cardio into one efficient, full-body workout. Performed on the Megaformer™ – a uniquely designed machine with spring-based resistance, a gliding carriage, and stable platforms – Lagree strengthens and tones the entire body with precision and control, all while being gentle on the joints. The result is low-impact, high-intensity training that keeps muscles fully engaged from start to finish. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more energized, and more connected to your body.

The science lies in time under tension. By keeping muscles continuously engaged with minimal rest, Lagree drives them to the point of muscle fatigue, when fibers can no longer contract effectively.
